"Together We Are One" is the official theme song The Toronto 2015 Pan Am and Parapan Am Games. 

The song "Together We Are One" was written at S.A.C. Songworks Pro, a professional songwriting camp hosted by the Songwriters Association of Canada (S.A.C.),. and was chosen from 70 submissions. From across Canada, this intensive, multi-day "Panamania" Songworks Camp brought together established songwriters, mentors and emerging tunesmiths from various musical and cultural backgrounds to foster the creation of new works through collaboration.
